TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Participants must provide a photo and a short biodata (includes company and work designation) – 30 to 50 words – of themselves (this information is for the Chateaux and will not be shared with anyone else)
- Participants must inform of food and other allergies upon registration
- Registration is not confirmation of a place on the tour
- For that, it has to be followed by payment of 50% of the tour price
- Balance 50% payable no later than a month after the first 50% payment
- €7,500 per person for Single Occupancy
- €7,100 per person for Double Occupancy
- Participant is responsible for bank charges incurred on bank transfer
- Tour price includes transportation, breakfasts/lunches/dinners, visits and accommodation mentioned in the itinerary
- No cancellation allowed and no refund*
- All details in the itinerary are correct at time of dissemination. In the event any Chateaux alters the itinerary unilaterally, the organiser (CH’NG Poh Tiong) reserves the final right to adjust the itinerary
*Participant, while not allowed to cancel, may nominate (no later than 30 days before the start of the tour) another person to take part on his/her behalf but must not increase the number of room originally reserved
