An Orlando native, George Miliotes MS grew up in the restaurant world and began his career early at his father’s Mr. Dunderbak’s franchise.
He was part of the opening team of California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in 1995, where he managed the venue until 2002 and pioneered innovative wine programs, including one of the first extensive by-the-glass lists.
From 2002 to 2016, Miliotes led beverage programs for Darden Restaurants, an Orlando-based company then operating over 1,800 full-service restaurants across North America. He oversaw wine programs at various brands including The Capital Grille, Eddie V’s, and co-founded Seasons 52.
